Shipping and Delivery

Please Note: During the COVID19 crisis, we will do everything we can do get items delivered to you as quickly as we can, however, we cannot guarantee delivery times and dates during this time.

We will let you know of any delays as we hear about them, and we may cancel and refund your order if supplies have run out, or we cannot get an item to you in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for your patience during this time.

We aim to process all of our orders within 2 working days,  when you place an order with us.

We will then aim to have your item delivered within 3-5 working days of processing your order.

A working day is between Monday and Friday, 9-5 pm - so if you are placing an order with us at the weekend or Friday after 5pm, your order will be processed on the Monday.

On delivery please check the package for damage before signing receipt for it from the courier. If the package shows signs of damage please sign and note package damaged on delivery. If this is not done when signing for delivery a refund for damage products will not be able to be raised.

Once the order has been processed and we are getting ready to ship it, we will send you a Fulfillment Notification to let you know your order is on it's way.

Once the Fulfillment Notification has been sent, and the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the shipment. If you wish to cancel the order at this point, you must try to refuse to take delivery from the courier or mail company, otherwise , you will have to return the item yourself, which sometimes carries a return fee.

Please email us and we will be able to advise you of any return costs. It is always advisable to refuse to take delivery if you have decided to cancel the order - this way we can refund you as soon as possible.

If you cancel the order and take delivery of the item, we will issue a refund after the item has been returned to us.

We cannot issue a refund without the item being returned to us, under any circumstances.

You may receive your order in several packages, much like Amazon, as we like to send items as soon as they are ready to dispatch.

Some of our items are sent directly from our suppliers or manufacturers in order to further save our customers money and to make the whole supply chain more efficient and eco-friendly.

Please allow 2-3 days extra for personalised items to reach you as these have a longer lead time to finish.

If you have a deadline to meet (birthdays, Christmas), we suggest ordering at least one week before the deadline-  sometimes mail does arrive more slowly than anticipated and couriers may try to deliver on a day you're not in!

If you're unsure of delivery times and are worried items may not arrive in time, please contact us to discuss before you place your order - we can arrange next day delivery for some items, so it's worth getting in touch.
